We have designed our processes specifically to address common problems we see in the industry at large. Here is how we address these common problem areas:
· We enable modern feedback (QR Codes for Mobile, Feedback Labelling on Machines, Polling Locations) · We track and monitor food purchased and rapidly cycling variations through each location to understand individual preferences |
· We have a robust product line of “Healthier Selections” that includes many new and exciting products and product classes that are exploding in popularity. · We are happy to design full machines stocked with these options as desired. · All machines stocked by us will start with 15% of options being from our “Healthier Selections” and will adjust this percentage up (or down) as client purchase behavior and feedback dictates.

· We enable all machines with credit card and modern payment method acceptance. This typically results in 20+% more transactions in each machine and up to 60-80%+ of transactions being made this way. Said another way, 20% of the customers or more are walking away dissatisfied if you don’t offer this. · Not all firms offer this at all locations because of the costs involved. However, this is also a key means of gaining the telemetry data that gives you so many other servicing advantages. |
We offer loyalty programs through our partner Nayax. This includes mobile wallets, rewards for frequent purchase and other programs.
· We equip all our locations with telemetry. We receive real-time information on products purchased and the state of the machines at every location. · We design all our routes such that no location is more than 5 miles from another location on a route enabling efficient and frequent servicing. · We will refill machines based on usage and not just based on schedules.

We don’t believe “true fixing of machines or parts” should take place in the field. We minimize this in two principal ways: |
We do allow “subsidy pricing” if a location prefers to pay a portion of the costs directly. For this we ask that the company establish a “credit card on file” with us so that this subsidy can be processed each month on a variable basis. Receipts with the dates, times, purchases, volumes will be reported in detail back to the company providing the subsidy. |
· All machines are equipped with CC readers. Up to 80% of all volume typically goes through these readers which are managed by third parties. This third-party data is what is used in verifying the data. · We utilize vending management systems to track our telemetry data. This includes all cash sales. These cash sales are reported from these third-party vendors. · Full audit trails are available for all sales data and transactions.
