Our technology philosophy is one of enablement for the best experience.   There are technologies out there that are not yet proven (e.g. biometrics) that we have not yet adopted because we don’t believe the benefits outweigh the costs.  e.g. how many people want this at the expense of additional readers, potential problems/cleaning/maintenance/perception of germs?
